Any individual must be over 18 years of age can apply for an account. Subscribers/introducers do not have to be clients,  traders, or introducing brokers with Fido Markets.

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

To avail of the RFB, both the Referee (new client) and the Referrer (existing client) must have a verified live account with Fido Markets. Also, acknowledge they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Accounts Terms and Conditions.

A client can claim this offer only on an initial deposit in his/her trading account, regardless of how many additional accounts his/her referred client holds.

Fido Markets reserves the right to remove all refer-a-friend bonus redeemed when the referrer and/or referee are unable to provide a valid proof and address (POA) and have it successfully verified by Fido Markets during withdrawal.

The commissions and incentives for each referral you introduce to Fido Markets shall be 10% of the referral's initial deposit amount. For each referral who opens a trading account with us, upon receiving this referral's first deposit, you as the introducer of this referral will receive 10% of the net received deposit.

The maximum given commission per referral is USD $10,000. This means that if the 10% of the referral net deposit exceeded USD $10,000 (or equivalent in other currencies), the introducer of this referral will receive USD $10,000 only.

The commissions will be calculated and given on monthly basis. The introducer will receive comprehensive reports and updates on his/her referrals' statuses and the total commissions.

Fido Markets will not be liable for any other loss, costs, expense, or damage that may be suffered in connection with this offer and which, by law, may not be excluded by these terms.

Fido Markets reserves the right to amend any of the above terms, add any additional term(s), stop the offer, and/or terminate it at any time in its sole discretion.
